The venue is fantastic and perfect, its location is unbeatable, near the factories located in MIDC area in Chakan, the city centre close to all the bars and restaurants, and the center from chacan. Would stay here again...

The room was well-maintained, brand-new with an exceptionally good view over swimming pool. Satellite television, climate control and an individual safe worked well

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, situated in the industrial area, may not offer many sightseeing options nearby, but it provides a peaceful and serene environment. The staff here is exceptional, from the security guard to the General Manager, everyone welcomes you with a warm smile and ensures that your needs are met. The room service is prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff keeps the rooms clean and well-maintained. The amenities provided in the rooms such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar add to the comfort of our stay. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offers a wide range of delectable dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. We were also impressed by the leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness center, where we indulged in rejuvenating massages and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off after a long day.

Great view from balcony and comfy bed in room. Conveniently located near shopping and airports. The breakfast option was amazing with fresh fruit smoothies.

Room service was below average and took a long time. The bathroom was dirty and not cleaned properly.

the breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the complimentary upgrade to the room with a beautiful view. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was centrally located and easy to access various parts of the city.

The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting every now and then, which was quite frustrating. the gym could have had more equipment and better lighting.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of the industrial area which makes it very convenient for business travelers like me. The breakfast was amazing and provided me with ample choice. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. I also loved the clean swimming pool which was a fantastic way to relax after a long day.

The buffet food was amazing, just needed to be a bit warmer. I had a pleasant stay thanks to Chef Amit and Mr. Rajendra, who provided exceptional service. The swimming pool was 25m long and perfect for a refreshing swim. The beds were comfortable and I had a great night's rest. The housekeeping was good, although there was some dust in the room. The hotel had good facilities and the food was delicious.

The valley view from the room could be improved with some greenery or a fountain. There were a lot of flies in the breakfast room and lobby, which was a bit bothersome.

As a business traveler, I found a nice oasis at a hotel in the industrial area. the hotel is centered in midc area, with easy access to business activities. the staff is very friendly and gives excellent service. the breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from.

The room temperature is often kept at a slightly higher temperature than expected.
